In the previous post, I mentioned that the Attorney General is investigating APS's Rate Comparison Tool.  Com. Marquez-Peterson just docketed a letter in which she discloses that the Company informed the Commissioners about the investigation but insisted that it remain confidential.  Then after the meeting, APS confirmed the investigation to the media.  The Commissioners missed their opportunity to question APS President Jeff Guldner about the investigation.
